All reservations, excluding Doubletree Ranch Park and The Robert & Lee DuVall Center facilities, can be made online. Reservations for Doubletree Ranch Park and The Robert & Lee DuVall Center must be made at The Robert & Lee DuVall Center front desk, Mon-Fri, from 8 a.m. to noon, and 1 pm to 5 pm.

Yes, the deposit is refundable if no damage or extra cleaning is needed. Maintenance costs and labor ($30/man hour) are deducted. If costs exceed the deposit, the coordinator will be invoiced. For example, avoid trash, broken sprinklers/outlets, and grass damage.
Yes. All of our rentable facilities have a private parking lot attached.
No, we do not offer in-house catering options.
A City of Highland Village alcohol permit is required for any alcoholic beverage present during a facility reservation. Applications can be obtained, notarized, and submitted at the Parks & Recreation front desk at The Robert & Lee DuVall Center. A two-week lead time is required.
The City of Highland Parks & Recreation Department allows bounce houses in City parks. A copy of the bounce house company's liability insurance is required and naming the City as additional insured on the person’s or entity’s general liability insurance to be sent to the Parks and Recreation office.
Pavilions are available on a first come, first served basis when not rented. If you have rented a pavilion, please be sure to have your permit handy. Call the non-emergency phone number for City of Highland Village Police Department dispatch at (972) 317-6551, if someone refuses to vacate.
