Rust Manor House is managed by NOVA Parks, known for hosting incredible weddings and other events. Facilities and Capacity The Manor House at Rust has a seated capacity of 65 people. The tented event site can hold 200 seated guests. The capacity may include areas for a dance floor, DJ or band, buffet, bar(s), gift table, place card table, and cake table. However, the capacity varies depending upon the event setup. Air conditioning and heating are included so this sophisticated venue is the perfect setting for celebrations no matter the time of year. (Catering arrangements must be handled by Rust’s catering department, Great Blue Heron Catering (NOVA Parks) for events booked 120 days or more in advance. Approved outside caterers can be used for events held Monday through Thursdays, excluding holidays.)
