We are currently a dry hire service. You supply the alcohol. We can discuss options for providing additional supplies if needed.
We recommend one bartender per 50 guests. For larger events, additional bartenders will be added to ensure quick service.
Yes. Our staff can support a dual role of bartending and serving food. For best service, we suggest one staff member per 20 food guests.
Yes. All bartenders are TABC-certified, hold Texas Food Handler Certificates, and we have Food Manager-certified staff for events that require higher-level food oversight.
If you are serving alcohol at a private event, such as a wedding or family gathering, permits are generally not required. For public events or certain venues, a temporary permit or proof of licensing may be necessary. We can assist you in obtaining any required permits; please allow a few weeks for processing. Additional administrative fees may apply.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekends or holidays.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Payments are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future event if canceled at least 14 days in advance.
Standard packages are 4 hours, but we can customize based on your event. Additional hours can be added for a flat hourly rate.
Our mobile bartending services cover the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Travel outside this area may incur additional fees.
Absolutely! We can customize drink menus, create signature cocktails, and accommodate most dietary or alcohol restrictions.
