Terms of Agreement: * Please be advised we will be charging the number of guests confirmed. Any additional guest charges will be processed the day of the event. * Please be advised that billing information will be transferred from Marketing Department to accounting department within VE Restaurants. * To ensure booking of this event service, please read and sign the attached Event Service Policies. You may email a copy along with the above deposit amount to: devin@mercatodellapescheria.com Payment by check/ Wire transfer: Corporate checks and wire transfers are gladly accepted for initial deposit and must be received within (3) business days of signed contract in order to secure your event space. Payment by credit card for initial deposit must also be received within (3) business days of signed contract in order to secure your event space. Mercato Della Pescheria accepts: American Express, Visa or Master Card for initial deposit and final payments. Client must sign the Credit Card Authorization Form with a copy of the credit card (front and back) and ID of the credit card's holder. Tax & additional charges: Agent agrees to pay any and all federal, state, municipal, and entertainment taxes as well as any other taxes imposed or applicable to the event. Gratuity of 18% will be added to all contracted events as well as an admin fee of 5%. Tax Exempt Status: * Organizations or groups claiming exemption from applicable federal, state or municipal taxes are responsible for providing Mercato Della Pescheria with a copy of the organizations Nevada state exemption certificate before credit will be given for charges on applicable taxes. In case Mercato Della Pescheria does not receive a copy of the tax exempt certificate, appropriate federal, state and municipal taxes will be charged where applicable.
