We saw Party Booths at our friends' wedding in California and the quality of the photos were so amazing that I knew I wanted to book them for my own Chicago wedding. Their prices were straight forward on their website. The contact and contracting process was very simple and all done over email / fax. Everything was done through email and very professional. My only complaint is that they said the person who would be in charge of the booth would call me during the week of the wedding and this call was never made to me. I was going to call them and make sure things were okay but I got too busy on the week of the wedding and never made this phone call. I just hoped that everything was set up when I got to my venue. On the day of the wedding, the booth and the person running the booth was there. The pictures came out perfectly and so did our custom logo. The only complaint I have is that the photo booth was set up behind my dessert vendor and was sort of hidden. The booth was also all black so it was not very obvious to my guests that it was a photo booth. I would recommend Party Booths to put up some sort of sign or poster that lets guests know what they are or at least let the bride and groom know that they might want to make a sign for their guests. The staff were very helpful, quick to respond, and fantastic during the event. We had no issues and people really got into it. Well, some people just stood there looking awkward, but for the most part we got some pretty hilarious photos of our event attendees. Even the staff (ok, mostly me) had fun with it. I would definitely use Party Booths again!
