Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar in Las Vegas is the first restaurant to open at the much-anticipated Caesars Entertainment development, The LINQ. Complete with a DJ, sexy mechanical bull, a vast tequila and cocktail selection and a blend of authentic and innovative Mexican fare. Chayo is a fun, dynamic venue for meetings and private events. A semi-private dining room is situated on the main floor, and accommodates up to 40 guests for a seated meal. The second level, indoor/outdoor dining room, complete with a full bar and patio overlooking The LINQ and the High Roller observation wheel, can also be rented out for cocktail reception events and hosts up to 110 guests. The entire venue has a total capacity approaching 500. Chayo welcomes events of all sizes.
