Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast hosts both weddings and receptions on the 48 acre property in the countryside of Lancaster County, PA. The Pheasant Room, located on the ground floor of the B&B, with it's exposed stone walls is a lovely backdrop for large gatherings. Have your wedding ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, birthday or anniversary party, holiday party or shower here . For the convenience of guests, there is a kitchen and two powder rooms. The Pheasant Room opens to a brick terrace that overlooks the “barnyard” garden and the white pergola in the meadow. A waterfall along the edge of the woods is the most popular ceremony site for small weddings.
Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is in a secluded country setting and is a beautiful blend of rustic and elegance.

We had our 50th Anniversary here and had numerous compliments on the venue. I liked the outdoor patios, the Jacob’s room where we had our appetizers and socializing which has a lot of light and the rustic but pleasant dining area with a small kitchen and various kitchen supplies. They do not supply linens, centerpieces, dishes, utensils, food or sound system, so you must obtain. Deeann, the manager, was very accommodating when we wanted to come in a week or so before to check out our video and made several good suggestions for where things could be placed. We highly recommend this venue.

We held a 50th Anniversary Party for 75 guests. It has a lot of atmosphere and nice gardens and patio. They provide tables and chairs for guests as well as a few for food and gifts. The caterer found the kitchen adequate and clean. The bathrooms were the same and handicapped accessible. You do have to provide your own table linens, centerpieces, sound system, music and LCD projector . They were accommodating in letting us come in and try our things prior to the event.
