Client Contact Agreement
The Company, PerfectBeat DJ Entertainment, agrees to provide music entertainment services for the Client. The Company agrees to have equipment set up and ready to perform before the start of the event. The Company agrees to perform at the pre-determined hours, confirmed by the Client. The Client agrees to pay the total amount for the services provided. If the Client would like to request additional time on the day of or during the event, he/she may do so at the additional cost.
The Client agrees to provide a flat, dry, clean surface of at least six-feet by eight-feet for the
Company to set up the equipment with at least two free electrical outlets within twenty feet where the Company will be setting up to perform. The Client assumes responsibility for any equipment damaged due to the negligence of either the Client, or any guests at the event. The Company does not accept responsibility for any act of God that may cause the Company to be unable to perform its duties. The Company does not accept responsibility for any problems that might arise due to the fault of the facility or employees of the facility where the event is being held.
The Client understands that the Company will be using professional sound reinforcement
equipment and does not hold the Company responsible for any ear damage or hearing loss due to high volume levels. The Client releases the Company from all responsibility should the Client or any guest at the event incur any injury, including death, caused by their own or any other guests’ negligence near or around the equipment provided by the Company. The Client agrees to pay all legal fees incurred by the Company should any of its representatives need to appear in court due to any legal action taken relating to this event.
Once the event has been confirmed by the Client and Company, Client agrees to the terms of this agreement either verbal, written, or otherwise.

Where to begin!
The dj handled everything perfectly!
We came up with a schedule and a few pre prepared playlists and the dj was able to mix in his own music to match the vibe of our guests at every given time. Our schedule also included introducing us for our first dance, cake cutting, and other announcements! Was able to really gather everyone to join us in these activities. When requested the guests were able to place requests through my wife and I. DJ was able to switch songs with transitions on the fly and was ready to handle any problems that occurred. Although we had a a few delays throughout the night DJ was able to adapt and keep the music going to match all the vibes. Dj was able to handle the whole night, we booked for 8 hours and was completed till the party was over. We can not thank the dj enough for all his hard work and dedication to making our party one to remember for the rest of our lives. Everyone of our guests really enjoyed themselves and told us how good the dj was! We will definetly book again if given the opportunity to host another big party. Thank you for being a great dj and handling the night perfectly. Only great things my wife and I can say about our experience as well! We were allowed to create a schedule and stick to it as well as we could!

The event was a High School reunion. We started with a mixer hour and Frank played 70’a music (our era). everyone loved it, then during dinner, he was mindful to keep the music as background ambiance so we could talk easily at the dinner table, then he got the crowd going on the dance floor, it was a fantastic night!! I was introduced to him via a personal recommendation from a trusted friend, and I now fully recommend this DJ for any event. Quite the crowd pleaser!
