Yes, a minimum food and beverage spend of $225.00 CAD per person is required. For a standard 100-guest event, the minimum expected food and beverage spend is $22,500.00 CAD.
Large-scale celebrations are hosted in the Victoria Ballroom and Terrace, which includes exclusive all-day access, as well as the Mount Temple Ballroom. Please note that wedding ceremonies and receptions are not permitted on the Lower Terraces.
Weddings require a minimum commitment of 50 guest rooms per night for a minimum of two consecutive nights. This room block is calculated based on double occupancy, accommodating a minimum of 100 attendees. To ensure a cohesive experience, we require that at least two-thirds of the total wedding guest count reside in-house for the duration of the event.
Yes. Wedding bookings are not accepted during July and August, the Festive Season (mid-December through early January), or during Family Day and Easter weeks. All statutory holidays are similarly blacked out for private events.
The booking window for wedding programs is up to one year in advance of your desired event date.
Yes, all wedding programs must engage the services of a professional wedding planner to ensure seamless logistical execution. We can recommend qualified local planners familiar with our mountain operations. If you utilize a destination wedding planner who is present on-site for the duration of the event, the local planner requirement is waived.
No. The resort adheres to a strict one-wedding-per-weekend policy, ensuring our dedicated focus is entirely on a single wedding party.
In accordance with local noise regulations and to respect all resort guests, a strict 10:00 PM noise curfew is enforced for all events in the Victoria Ballroom and Terrace. Post-event celebrations may continue in the Mount Temple wing (subject to additional rental fees) or within Alpine Social on a non-private basis unless a private arrangement is formally contracted.
The resort allows for a room attrition rate for your guest room block, provided that any adjustments are finalized at least 120 days prior to the arrival date.
