Le Pavillon is Lafayette's newest premier venue for weddings, corporate events, and more. Conveniently located in Parc Lafayette, Le Pavillon is next door to the Hilton Home 2 Suites, and near many stores and eateries. Featuring grand french architecture, three exquisite event rooms, and elegant antique decor, Le Pavillon is sure to exceed all of your expectations.
The rental of the Grand Ballroom includes 40 round tables, 12 banquet tables, 12 cabaret tables, and 250 wood, gold chivari chairs. The décor in the facility is included with all rental rates. You may bring extra décor for your special event. Le Pavillon comes with a private bridal suite, easel for portrait display, stage, and an audio/visual package. All brides that book the Grand Ballroom for their reception will receive free use of the facility for bridal or engagement photos.

The Mulberry Tree is available as a Full Service Facility or you can "Do It Yourself" and provide your own decorations and food. Our new 4500 square foot facility is filled with natural light and charm. Our main party space has an antique mantle, several antique buffets and 90 year old cypress windows.
Full Service: In keeping with the old fashioned theme of our events, we include fabric table linens, vintage china, and glassware for events. Not only is this style of entertaining charming and nostalgic, it is also consistent with today's efforts of making eco-friendly choices. Many of the place settings, decorative pieces, and linens are vintage or repurposed; all carefully chosen to create your one of a kind party experience.
Over the Top & Theme Intensive!
Your experience begins with the themed front door decoration and continues throughout the party space with window treatments, artwork and table settings - all that match the party theme. To add a personal touch, the guest of honor's name and age are included in the decor. We also provide frames for you to display photos of the birthday child/bride.

The Evangeline Room banquet hall and patio & playground can accommodate up to 250 guests. Perfect for weddings, meetings, reunions, graduations, birthdays, anniversaries, and more!
Large 4500 square foot facility holds up to 300 people. Self catering allowed. Tables and Chairs included. Central location.
We also have a smaller game room and playground area that rents for daytime picnics, crawfish boils and birthday parties. Rent for that facility is $350
Beautiful venue, neutral backdrop for your event. We are conveniently located off of Johnston St. We have built in DJ and Karaoke if you desire. We also help with set up and do the clean-up.
