Dear guest, I am sorry your experience at Ironwood was less than perfect. My staff and I strive to make each event the best it can be. We are disappointed knowing a guest left being dissatisfied in any way. However, at times some things are out of our control, and I feel the need to defend my staff. A guest severely plugged a stool which caused both the men and women restrooms to be out of order. I and my assistant worked for over two hours to resolve the issue. We worked in what were horrible conditions; doing whatever it took… possibly you mistook sheer exhaustion for crabbiness. Since the beginning of Ironwood, this was by far one of the most stressful times. I was over the top proud of how my staff jumped in and did what needed to be done. We did our best to resolve the bathroom issue as quickly as possible, and felt bad that guests were not as comfortable as they should have been. I am extending our apologies to all our guests that were inconvenienced in any way, and if we were rude to any one, please except our apologies as well.
