What types of events can be hosted at the church?

We host a wide variety of private and community events, including weddings, receptions, baptisms, baby showers, fundraisers, and social gatherings.

What spaces are available for rent?

Our available rental spaces include the Sanctuary (ideal for wedding ceremonies), the Founders Room (a beautiful, adjacent multipurpose room perfect for receptions), and our Dining Room (a casual space that dresses up nicely for larger banquets and parties).

What is the capacity of your largest event space?

Our Founders Room can take up to 125 for a dinner/seated reception or 175 in "lecture hall" setup. The Sanctuary can seat up to 350. The Chapel can handle up to 75, and the Drawing Room is a multi-functional space that feels best up to 40. Our more casual Dining Room (w/stage) seats 200 for a meal, or less depending on how one wishes to use it.

Are there mandatory staffing fees for events?

Yes, to ensure your event runs smoothly, we require FCCLG Event Hosts. One Event Host is required for every 75 event attendees. They are paid a rate of $180 each.

Can we host an event on a Sunday?

Yes, Sunday rentals are available for everything except weddings and wedding receptions. However, due to our morning worship services and church activities, the earliest access time we can bring event groups into the building on Sundays is 2:00 PM.

Can we hold both our wedding ceremony and reception on-site?

Absolutely! A very popular and convenient option is to hold your wedding ceremony in our stunning Sanctuary and your reception in the adjacent Founders Room. Please contact us to receive our complete wedding and reception pricing packet.

Are we allowed to bring our own food, and is there a kitchen available?

Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own food or outside catering. The Founders Room has a catering kitchen attached, the Drawing Room has a full kitchen attached, and the Dining Room is connected to our commercial kitchen. If you'd like to serve alcohol at your event, please let our Building & Events Coordinator know ahead of time, as this requires approval by Church leadership. Alcohol service can only be done by a licensed, insured bartending service.

Can we host a late-night party with live music?

As a community church, we have specific guidelines regarding scheduling and noise levels. We are unable to accommodate late-night events and events that extend into the early morning hours. Please share your proposed event timeline with our coordinator to see how we can best accommodate your gathering.
