Downtown Knoxville's Art Center & Gallery—Rent this nonprofit space and contribute to Knoxville’s art community! Located in the heart of downtown's Arts District on historic Gay Street and close to the Old City. Flexible use space holds up to 150 guests for seated receptions and 300 guests for standing receptions (both levels combined); for ceremony and reception combined, the space works best with 125 guests or fewer. Large glass windows provide ample natural light, exposing original wood beams, brick walls, and 18 foot ceilings of this 1890s building. Work with the caterers and vendors of your choosing. Available to individuals, non-profits, and other organizations for dinners, receptions, fundraisers, wedding ceremonies, and more! Showcases local and regional artists year-round through changing exhibitions in the galleries. Rentals are booked by the Arts & Culture Alliance, a non-profit organization.
