I am the Vice President of Beta Upsilon Chi fraternity at The University of Tennessee and we had our fall semi-formal here. This was the absolute perfect venue and I could not give them a higher rating. Extremely reasonable price, they offered to set up all the chairs, linens, heaters outside, and were so so easy to work with. We hired a band as well and this was the perfect space for that. It is beautiful and on the water, with a large indoor dance area and a nice deck to hang out on near the water if you might want to have a little but more chill interactions. I usually have to make sure the coordinators are on top of stuff but to be honest this time I pretty much just showed up and everything was perfect. The staff was so kind and accommodating and I honestly hope we do something here again soon. The band was great and vibes were up. This place is a great venue in Knoxville and they get a 10/10 from me; it was a night out brothers and their dates will remember for sure.

This place is wonderful! We did the brunch for 50 and the food was great. They even made part of our waffle bar gluten free. The atmosphere is lovely and the catering team was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend for any event.
