Yes, renters must work with external catering services as we do not offer our own. We do, however, have a preferred caterers list that we encourage renters to consider. Please coordinate with our Rentals Coordinator to review guidelines regarding food preparation and setup.
Yes, alcohol may be served. Renters must obtain a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) and secure proper liability insurance in accordance with local regulations and our venue policies.
Yes, the Tett Centre is a fully accessible facility, featuring ramp access, automated doors, an elevator servicing all levels, and accessible restroom facilities.
In addition to the Malting Tower, we offer the Rehearsal Hall for performances and large meetings, the Activity Room for workshops, and the Tett Gallery for art showcases.
Yes, we have a selection of audio-visual equipment available for rent, including microphones, sound systems, projectors, and screens to support your presentation or event needs.
Pay-and-display parking is available in the municipal lot surrounding the Tett Centre and the neighboring Isabel Bader Centre, though spaces are shared and subject to daily availability.
Decorations are permitted to personalize your event, provided they are non-damaging to the historic structure. All decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the rental.
