Terms and Conditions

Zaika Keylargo Catering – Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & Deposit - A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit of [X]% are required to confirm your event date. - Final guest count and menu selections must be submitted no later than [X] days before the event. 2. Payment Terms - Full payment is due [X] days prior to the event date. - Accepted payment methods: [credit card, bank transfer, check, etc.]. - Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees. 3. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made [X] days or more before the event will receive a partial refund (excluding deposit). - Cancellations within [X] days of the event are non-refundable. 4. Menu & Dietary Requests - Menu customization is available and must be finalized in advance. - We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-sensitive requests with prior notice. - Live stations (e.g., tandoor, chaat, dosa, pasta) require adequate space and ventilation. 5. Licensing & Insurance - Zaika Keylargo Catering is fully licensed and insured. - Proof of insurance available upon request for venues or planners. 6. Staffing & Service - Staffing includes chefs, servers, and station attendants as needed. - Additional charges may apply for extended service hours, travel, or special setup requirements. 7. Equipment & Rentals - We provide necessary equipment for live stations. Additional rentals (tables, linens, décor) can be arranged upon request. - Client is responsible for venue-provided utilities (power, water, etc.) unless otherwise agreed. 8. Liability & Damages • Zaika Keylargo is not liable for damages caused by guests or venue-related issues. • Any damages to our equipment or staff property caused during the event may be billed to the client. 9. Weather & Outdoor Events • For outdoor events, backup plans must be discussed in advance. • Weather-related cancellations or adjustments are subject to our cancellation policy. 10. Photography & Branding • We may photograph or video portions of the event for promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing. • All branded materials (menus, signage, flyers) will reflect Zaika’s identity unless co-branding is arranged.
