Dream Bay Resort is an ideal venue for weddings, corporate events, wellness retreats, or family gatherings! Our 2.5 acre privately owned property has exquisite water views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Florida Keys spectacular sunsets! You and your guests can have the property all to yourselves as a private retreat!
There is plenty of space for attendees to spread out and enjoy our sandy beaches, coconut palms, banyan trees, and tropical foliage. Dockage, kayaks, and paddleboards are provided at no charge. Pets are welcome!
Located in the heart of Key Largo, near all main attractions, Dream Bay Resort has 5 vacation rentals, which can accommodate up to 36 guests staying on site, and up to 200 guests overall. We also have onsite catering, with an amazing private chef, who can customize a menu for your group.
In addition, there's a small marina, with 11 dock slips, so you and your guests can bring or rent boats during your stay. We can even arrange private group charters with pickup right at our docks!

I cannot speak highly enough about Dream Bay Resort. We hosted our wedding here on 6/11/2021 (and used four houses for the weekend for our wedding party and close friends to stay at) and the general consensus from all guests was that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. My boss even told me that if he could re-do his own wedding, he would've done it at Dream Bay.
Literally everything about it was perfect. The owner, Bian (the property manager) and Olivia (their dedicated wedding planner) were all INCREDIBLE AND KIND.
The houses were adorable and clean. The kayaks they offered got a ton of use. The location was amazing. And we hands down had the best sunsets that most of us have ever seen in our entire lives.
I literally cried when we had to leave, and all my friends agreed that they could have easily spent another couple extra days there.
Do your wedding at Dream Bay. Seriously. Your wedding day will be special and there is no where more magical than Dream Bay for such an incredible life event.
In terms of a vacation? DO IT. We plan on coming back in 5 years for a 5 year anniversary trip with all of our friends. Just incredible.
