We offer a selection of elopement and small wedding packages, from ceremony only to ceremony with private reception. These packages are good for smaller weddings & events (50 guests max) and are typically scheduled within 6 months, sometimes further out depending on the season. Ceremony only, 10 guests max - $350 Ceremony only, 10-50 guests max - $550 Weekend ceremony & reception for up to 50 guests - $12,000 Midweek (Mon-Thur) ceremony & reception for up to 50 guests - $8000 Our Microwedding & Reception Packages include: The whole property, all to yourselves, just you and your guests, for ceremony and up to 5 hr reception Guest accommodations for the wedding night in all 5 of our cottages Accommodations for the wedding couple in our honeymoon suite, Treetops. Check in the night before your wedding, and start preparing early the next day. Rent out our private and beautiful waterfront property for $3500 per night! This includes all 5 vacation rentals, which accommodate up to 36 guests, plus tables, chairs, outdoor bistro lighting, set up and breakdown. Please contact us for an exact quote. Catering is additional, and we have an on site caterer. Reservation fee: 50%. Balance due 2 weeks prior. Rate is plus tax, cleaning fees, and security deposit. Midweek Wedding/ 2 nt minimum - $12000 Save money by having your wedding Mon-Thur! Choose any two nights! This rate INCLUDES all 5 of our vacation rentals, which can accommodate up to 36 guests on site. Have the property all to yourselves just you and your guests. There are quaint motels/hotels nearby for the additional guests. You add floral, catering/bar, photography and entertainment Rate includes all taxes and fees. Weekend wedding/event (Thursday – Monday) 2 nt minimum | $17000 The event fee INCLUDES all 5 vacation rentals on the property, which accommodate up to 36 guests, tables, chairs, outdoor bistro lighting, set up/breakdown, arch or arbor. Have the whole waterfront property to yourselves, just you and your guests! Three beach areas, a fishing pier, tiki huts, kayaks, paddle boards, plus spectacular sunsets! You add catering, floral, photography, & entertainment using our preferred vendor list or your own vendors. Save by bringing in your own alcohol! Rate listed above includes all taxes and fees.
