Wedding Rental Packages & Rates
Tier 1: Standard DIY — $1,200
Duration: 48 Hours (Friday at 12:00 PM – Sunday at 12:00 PM)
Includes: Full venue access, tables, chairs, table decor, and amenities.
Teardown & Cleaning: Completed by renter.
Tier 2: The VIP Package (Most Popular) — $1,500
Duration: 48 Hours (Friday at 12:00 PM – Sunday at 12:00 PM)
Includes: Everything in Tier 1 PLUS full table/chair teardown and post-event walk-away cleaning coordinated by a professional service crew ($300 value included).
Tier 3: The VIP Extended — $1,900
Duration: 72 Hours (Thursday at 12:00 PM – Sunday at 12:00 PM)
Includes: Everything in Tier 2 PLUS an extra 24 hours of access for early setup, rehearsal dinner, or food prep.

Rentals include access to our air-conditioned hall with level, handicap-accessible entry, eight-foot tables and chairs for up to 300 guests. You'll also have use of our spacious stainless steel kitchen (equipped with large double-door coolers, freezer, commercial ovens, and free use of chafer sets), a dedicated bar area with a serving window and beer tubs, and Wi-Fi.
Additionally, your rental includes complimentary RV boondocking/dry camping space for guests, access to venue linens (tablecloths and chair covers; laundering fee applies), a double white chiffon lighted backdrop, wooden arches, and a selection of wedding table decor. Guests can also utilize our white dinner tableware, metal cutlery, wine glasses, and large coffee/hot water urns, along with a sound system and microphone for speeches and music. Renters receive a personal 4-digit alarm code for convenient access and a dumpster bin for garbage disposal.
We offer total flexibility for your event's dining—you're welcome to cook in our spacious kitchen, bring in outside caterers, or even arrange for food trucks.
To make your setup seamless, we provide complimentary use of our white dinner tableware, metal cutlery, wine glasses, large coffee urns, and chafer sets. Renters are welcome to wash any used kitchen and tableware items after the event, or you can opt for our convenient dishwashing add-on service ($50 per 50 guests) so you can simply walk away!
Yes, alcohol permitted, but you will need to arrange for a bartender, obtain a Special Event Permit, and secure $2 million in liquor liability insurance (instructions included, approximately $150) for anytime that alcohol will be present on the entire premises. It is standard procedure to have 'All HCCRA members and directors' added to your policy as additional insureds at no extra cost. We can recommend local community members for bartending services if needed.
Yes, we offer several decor enhancements. This includes ceiling drapery, a double white chiffon backdrop with twinkling fairy lights or use of the stage, and several wooden arches. White or black chair and table linens are available through our in-house linen service. Additionally, we provide free decor items like pampas grass, wood rounds, jute runners, and wooden arches to enhance your event's atmosphere.
As a flexible venue, cleanup responsibilities depend on your chosen package:
Standard Rentals (Tier 1 DIY): Renters are responsible for their setup, teardown (tables/chairs), and thorough facility cleanup, including washing dishes (if used), sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping down washrooms.
VIP Packages (Tiers 2 & 3): Full table/chair teardown and post-event walk-away cleaning are already included and coordinated for you ($300 value).
If you select Tier 1, you can always customize your booking by adding an à la carte Post-Event Clean ($250) or Teardown ($50) so you can simply walk away!
Absolutely! We encourage prospective renters to view the hall in person. Please reach out to our booking agent to schedule a walk-through at your convenience.
Yes, dry camping and RV boondocking are permitted in our southern lot during your rental period. Please note that there are no hookups available, and generators are not allowed.
