Yes! Outside catering and bringing your own food are fully permitted, allowing you to customize the menu and dining style for your event.

While rates may vary depending on the specifics of your event, standard bookings range from $120 for local non-profits to $625 for an elaborate private party, accompanied by a refundable $50 cleaning deposit.

There is a $50 cleaning deposit which is refundable if the facility is left in the same condition as found. Trash removed and surfaces clean.

Our facility is located at 1825 Airport Road (just south of 18th Street), on the northwest corner of Kalispell City Airport. There is a keypad entry gate which can be locked open during your occupancy.

Because the hall is run by a non-profit organization, your rental fees go directly toward supporting local aviation education and flight/mechanic training scholarships.

The hall is a newly constructed, clean, and has a spacious interior that provides a flexible layout for dining, presentations, socializing, and themed activities. Lots of windows and a glass french door leading to a patio facing the runway. Acoustics are very good, and an 85" TV, internet, wifi, and portable PA system are provided. It features an efficient kitchenette with microwave, however other cooking cannot be accommodated. Also there are two ADA compliant restrooms. The northeast windowed corner is devoted to a comfortable lounge with 7 armchairs and central round table. There is plenty of parkiing, including for motorcoaches.
