Note: Exterior improvements to the Royal Kona Resort’s three guestroom towers (Bay, Alii, and Lagoon) are scheduled to take place at the Royal Kona Resort in 2023 and 2024. Currently, repair work is taking place at the Lagoon Tower located at the southern end of the resort property and is expected to continue through October 2023. To minimize noise disruption, repair work is restricted between 9am and 4pm, Monday through Friday. Our event venues are not directly impacted.
