The Salty Zebra Bistro is a chef-driven coastal bistro in Jupiter, Florida, offering flexible private and semi-private spaces for up to 80 guests. Led by a Michelin-background chef, our menus combine European technique with local Florida ingredients, seasonal produce and house-made breads for food that feels crafted—not complicated. By day, the bright, airy dining room is perfect for bridal and baby showers, rehearsal lunches, corporate meetings and daytime celebrations, with brunch boards, grazing tables and mimosa or bubbles bars. By night, the space shifts into a warm, candlelit room suited to rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays and intimate buyouts. Attached to the bistro is Locals Pub, our high-energy sister concept with a full bar and projector/screen—ideal for casual corporate mixers, watch parties and after-parties following a dinner in the Bistro. We work on food & beverage minimums instead of room rental fees, so every dollar goes into what your guests actually eat and drink, and our events team handles menu planning, pacing and service so you can focus on your guests.
