WeddingsDeposit is Required $2,000 Per Event
Subject to change. Price includes location for rehearsal dinner, engagement photo location if you choose, barn and property for wedding day and day before to set-up. Ex.-(Friday to set-up, Sat wedding, Sunday to clean if not booked for another event). Also includes all tables,chairs,table cloths, runners/overlays, any decorations or centerpieces we have. Barn has a surround sound and an area for a dance floor. You can choose your own caterer and photographer or we can help arrange one for you based on your budget. Reservations for the barn require a 50% deposit ($1000) to hold your date, this amount is applied to the total. There is also a damage deposit that will be held (not cashed) until the conclusion of your event. Final payment is due 1 week prior to event date
