As a premier facility in a small city that attracts visitors from around the world, the Northwest Arena offers a distinctive venue for multiday conferences with 17,000 square feet of exhibit space. This spacious facility seats up to 3,000 for concerts and 2,000 for sporting events.
Private events, weddings, meetings, and small performances will find the perfect venue in the Jamestown Mattress Arena Club. This 4,042 square-foot space accommodates gatherings of up to 250 standing, 220 with banquet seating, and 150 with theater seating, and is highlighted by a unique two-tier floor plan.
Ice rentals are also available for private groups of 10-180 by the hour or for the day. Birthday parties are the most popular type of ice rental, but the Northwest Arena ice pads can host graduation parties, reunions, team-building activities, corporate trainings, and even weddings. Activities for skaters and non-skaters alike are available and include, ice skating, hockey, bubble soccer, ice bumper cars, backyard curling, and more.
Larger gatherings may reserve the Jamestown Mattress Arena Club and the Shults Autogroup "A Rink." Large windows on the lower tier of the Arena Club overlook the ice pad, creating a seamless event experience. Small gatherings and birthday parties will find the Birthday Room more than satisfactory.

I recently booked a large party at this venue and i was more than impressed with the value of the booking. They even staffed people to ID people at the door and provided a fully stocked and staffed bar for only 300 dollars for the entire day! Also, a very loud powerful sound system is built in along with a soundboard, stage and a variety of lighting. They also can rearrange all furniture to accommodate whatever type of event you are hosting and are willing to stay open as late as 2am! They even allow you to charge admission of your choice! Very large capacity as well (nearly 450 - 500 people). I HIGHLY recommend this venue for any type of party including graduation, birthdays, music events, and just parties for no reason at all! Great to work with, honest and professional.
