People Often Ask

To reserve your date, a payment of 30% of the deposit is required.
For payments, you can pay online through Stripe using a bank account or credit/debit card, or by bringing a check. Payment plans are also available.
We will meet together multiple times before your event to ensure we have the same expectations of the layout, event times, etc. Layouts and event times will need to be finalized at our 30-day meeting.
Absolutely! We do not have any vendor restrictions, besides requiring that any bartenders (if applicable) have their TABC license. If you choose to use local Jacksonville vendors, a 2% discount will be added for each one you choose (up to 10%).
Table and layout setting/breakdown are handled by our team, as well as cleaning. You will only be responsible for the set-up and removal of your own decor and items, as well as placing trash in the designated bins.
