Terms and Conditions

$500 Retainer and signed contract are required to secure your date. The retainer fee will be applied to total due. We will work with you on a payment plan with all fees paid three months prior to the wedding. All monies paid to the Venue are non-refundable except for the $300 damage/incidental deposit which is due two months prior to the wedding and will be returned within 30 days after the wedding if no damages or other incidental charges are incurred. We allow wine, beer, champagne toast and pre-mixed specialty drinks (i.e. sangria, mojito, etc.) Straight hard liquor is not allowed. You, as host, may provide the allowed alcohol or hire a bar tending service, but your guests are not allowed to BYOB. This is to protect you as you are libel for your guests.
