We had my wife's graduation party, and the venue was nice. Large parking area for guests and the common room was sizable to accommodate our guests. I highly recommend.

My 21st birthday party was held at Old Brick in Iowa City, during set up both Julie and Kathleen were very helpful and assisted with any questions, help, or small mishaps efficiently. Chairs and tables were provided for the event in the main hall, and a whole chef's kitchen!
