Rental Policies & Agreement 1. Reservation & Payment : A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. 2. Cancellation Policy : ~ More than 14 days before event : Full Refund ~ 7 - 14 days before event : 50% refund ~ Less than 7 days before event : no refund 3. Cleaning Responsibility : Renters must clean and restore space to original condition, including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal. 4. Food & Beverage : Outside catering and food are allowed. No alcohol. 5. Damage Policy : Any damage to the venue, equipment, or furnishings will be deducted from the deposit. 6. Noise Restrictions : Amplified sound must be kept at reasonable levels to comply with noise ordinances. 7. No Handicap Accessibility : Guests must be aware that the space is not wheelchair accessible. 8. Age Restriction : No children under 13 are allowed. 9. Decorations : No nails, tape, or adhesives that may damage walls. No candles! 10. Check-in & Check-out : Rental time includes setup and cleanup. Arriving early or leaving late without prior approval will incur overtime fees.
