The Wedding of our DREAMS — An Eventective User from Raytown, MO

I don’t think there are enough positive words to describe our experience at The Delaware! From the moment we walked in for our first tour of the venue, it became very apparent that we had not only found the perfect place to get married, but also the perfect team to help us execute our dreams. First, the space. The Delaware is GORGEOUS and made for the perfect backdrop for our big day! All the staff were so friendly, accommodating and so helpful throughout the entire process and especially during the day of. We were able to begin setting up the night before along with our rehearsal, which took so much stress off us and made for the most amazing wedding day. Every bit of the space has been so thoughtfully designed and executed to flow and function with intention and beauty, and we’ve received so many compliments from our guests on the venue alone! Second, the people. Courtney is hands down, the absolute BEST. After our tour, before booking, we went home and immediately knew we needed her to help us along the way as our day of coordinator. Throughout the planning process so many of our friends, and even our bridal party often asked if we were getting stressed, and the answer was always no. And that’s because we had Courtney helping with so much of the logistics and our vendors, and just generally having our backs every step of the way. Courtney is the sweetest individual, and her team is just top notch! I’ve had not only our bridal party, but also guests who asked who she was and were just so impressed with the work that she did to make our big day perfect. From creating the timeline, helping coordinate all our vendors, general planning to make sure we were on track, day of logistics, and handling any issues that came up along the way – Courtney and her team handled everything. We can’t imagine our big day without her and are truly so thankful for her!
