Our Dream Wedding

We just had our dream wedding at the beautiful Bel Air estate! Harold and his wife, Joy, were so friendly and helpful! Our guests (around 50 people) had a lovely time and were convinced that I had a wedding coordinator and that we spent a lot more than we did on the wedding. If you have expensive/classy taste with a smaller budget, this is your place! It has a spacious ballroom, plenty of outdoor space for wedding seating with a trellis, men and women's private rest rooms, amazing artwork by The Reeds themselves, gorgeous details in the bridal suite and the study (where the groom dresses), balconies, vintage Rolls Royce cars to take pics with, gazebo, and pond, etc etc. Many delightful views to be had at this venue but I also can't say enough about how welcoming our hosts were! We just hosted the perfect wedding event at Bel Air Affairs. The estate and grounds are stunning. The ballroom and outside patio will accommodate a large group. If you are looking for a venue that is a blank slate and are ready for your imagination to run wild, this is the space for you. There is no catering kitchen, so consider a food truck which there is ample space for in an accessible area for guests. Harold and Joy are extremely accommodating.

Beautiful Venue

I recently had a wedding here and this estate is very beautiful. This venue offers diverse areas where you can hold your celebrating. The owners are so kind and they were extremely accommodating. We got to tour the venue multiple times and set up the day before the wedding. They also had a fitting vehicle at the estate and the owners drove us to and from the ceremony (we held the ceremony at a different location on the estate). Definitely recommend!

My granddaughter had her wedding at Bel Air. We were absolutely blessed to find this beautiful place to have it. The stress of ,not just the wedding, but going through the hurricane, the flooding, the damage, was off the chart. But Joy and Harold were such calming souls and made it one of the best days for all.. All of the family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts. Not only did I get to see my granddaughter get married, but I also made a friend for life ( Joy you live up to your name for sure!). I would say if you are in need of a venue for anything or anyone, call Harold and Joy! You will not be disappointed!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bel Air Affairs and Mr and Mrs Reed. When my daughter decided to change her venue 2 months before the wedding, I thought this venue was too good to be true. As a stressed out Mom, it was more than I ever expected! It is absolutely beautiful and the added bonus was how wonderful the owners were. We were treated so wonderfully, I can never repay their kindness shown to not just us but the entire wedding guest list.
I HIGHLY recommend Bel Air affairs, I would 100% suggest if you are looking for a venue that has many options, give them a call! I have already recommended them to another family!

Beautiful Halloween Wedding

The nicest people to work with. They made it so easy for me to plan our intimate family wedding. We had 20 guests and have room to dance and socialize and could have put another 20 people in the ballroom easily. The artwork can not be properly described in words. The beauty of the lovely art on the walls is even better than the mountain views. I highly rate this venue for any gathering. Extremely high class surroundings but yet still down to earth. I would use again in the future for any family event. Would love to do a murder mystery dinner there!

We had our wedding ceremony at Bel Air Affairs on September 23rd and it was perfect! We set up outside by the lake, surrounded by trees, absolutely gorgeous. Harold and Joy were pleasant, hospitable, and very accommodating. My wife and I highly recommend this venue to anyone!

Our Son and Daughter in Law’s Wedding

Our son and daughter in law were married at Bel Air Affairs August 6,2023. We feel very fortunate to have found such a beautiful and unique place. The ceremony took place at the gazebo by the lake followed by the reception in the banquet room. We only had about 52 people so this accommodated us well. Most chairs and tables were provided. We did rent a few extra chairs and 4 more tables. Harold and Joy were very helpful and nice but also flexible and relaxed in helping with our needs. Always quick to answer emails and calls. This is the perfect place for your special occasion! Thanks so much to Harold and Joy!

folks. You organized a first class wedding with gorgeous decorations. The tables were adorned with tall glass vases housing flickering candles, beautiful linens, and chair covers with bows. All bestowed a sense of formality, Not to mention an interactive DJ with a truck load of speakers, multicolored lights bouncing near and far, six subtle floor lanterns casting a blue haze, a silver screen projection show, one mixologist, and 2 (not one) catering teams offering a scrumptious food buffet (Michelin 5 star +). Photo ops and memories galore. What a spectacle!

When we first visited the Bel Air chateau with gazebo on a huge tract of land with 6 acre lake, my fiancée said: “We've seen enough venues. This is it.”
The availability of food warmers, so many table and chair options, and the hospitality shown by Joy and Harold were over the top. 12 foot ceilings, luxurious rest rooms, hardwood floors a la Newport and beautiful bridal suite right out of Architectural Digest were all reassuring factors.

I've been putting off writing a review, because I haven't had the words to capture my experience at the Bel Aire Affairs Estate.
For my 33rd Birthday, I hosted a magically themed self-commitment ceremony at the Bel Aire Estate. I couldn't have chosen a more perfect venue for my location, and was so thrilled with the experience.
It's hard to imagine, but the Estate is even more beautiful in person than is depicted here. I hosted my event in Late June and found the grounds to be beautiful, green, lush, and blooming. The home itself is a living work of art.
The owners of the estate Joy and Harold are artistic souls, and their home embodies a phenomenal blend of gallery and luxury design. You could spend hours gazing at the mesmerizing pieces in their collection.
I'm an art therapist by trade, and enjoyed being surrounded by soulful pieces of vibrant colors in the beautifully lit area while sharing the space with friends and family.
Harold and Joy (the owners) are delightful. You truly couldn't have better hosts in managing an event. Harold and Joy were always receptive to my phone calls, questions, and visits to the venue and gracious with their time, effort, and resources. On multiple occasions, they both dedicated effort to making the experience special and unique for me! I was so touched by the little thoughtful gestures they included on the day of my event.
5/5 Stars: I would absolutely recommend this charming magical space. In fact, I hope to have the opportunity to host another event there in the future.

Had a coming of age party for my 18 year old son. The 80 acre estate with 6 acre lake, gazebo, and chateau was the perfect venue. Lots of forested areas, lawns, gracious gazebo and large ballroom gave us a lot of flexibility. The hosts were very cordial and made some economic recommendations regarding catering.
