We want you to start your life together in style with a wedding reception that you will always remember. To assure the "Wedding of your Dreams" our professional staff will attend to your every need so that when your special day arrives, you will be able to relax and enjoy every moment.
Lombardi’s Market Catering Services shall not be responsible for the failure by them to perform their part of the agreement due to national emergency, strikes, forces of nature, and/or prohibition by Government Authorities. The liability for non-performance by any reason whatsoever shall be limited to return of the deposit therein mentioned.
Notwithstanding anything herein stated, even to the contrary, any agreement in cancellation must be in writing by both parties. The deposit is deemed part of the consideration, and in any event is not to be construed as liquidated damages.
Caterer shall have the right to make substitutions in the menu for any item or items which shall not be reasonably readily obtainable in the open market.
This contract is not transferrable by patron without written consent of Caterer. The deposit paid herein is not refundable.
A 25% deposit is required on all orders, and balance is to be paid in full within 7 or more days prior to affair. Any affair scheduled/booked in less than 7 days must be paid in full at time of event booking.
50% of the total contract price will be charged for any cancellation within 60 days prior to the affair.
