We're a brewery and brewpub located in historic Hillsdale, NY, in a lovingly restored 1850s mercantile building. The interior of our brewpub features an open kitchen and an octagonal bar surrounding an original grain hopper. A covered patio just outside the brewpub allows for additional seating during the warmer months. On the lower level, our beer garden has a roof and a separate bar.
