All alcohol arrangements must comply with New York State regulations and applicable insurance requirements. Please contact us to discuss options for your event.
Private rental events conclude by 10:00 PM. Quiet vendor breakdown and cleanup may continue until 12:00 AM with prior approval.
The October House is located in the Town of Lloyd, and all events must comply with local noise regulations. Outdoor music and amplified sound are subject to additional restrictions, particularly during evening hours beginning at 8:00 PM.
We ask all guests and vendors to be considerate of our neighbors. Extended hours for select in-house programming may be available where permitted.
