Our basic venue fee is $15,000.00 for the 2019 season and it includes the following: • Set up beginning on the Tuesday before your event • Use of the first floor of the main house as a bridal suite or changing area • High speed Wi-fi inside the barn • Phillips Hue ® Light system in the barn which allows customization of the color and brightness of the lighting and can be synchronized to music, if desires • Our venue manager, Richard Rozzi who will work with your wedding planner to make sure your day /event is the most memorable • Valet parking services • Bon fire towards the end of your wedding or special event • Flexibility to allow your vendors to transform the barn to a space that exceeds your expectations (subject to approval) • Antiques and collectables available to use as decorations • Use of our collection of mix-and-match antique dinnerware and silverware for your dinner services • Farm tables and chairs • Classic lawn games for your guests to enjoy • 20 antique oak pews from the early 1900’s to use for your ceremony on the property which we will set up at your desired location
Terms and Conditions
25% Plus $1000 security deposit is due at contract signing. 50% is due 6 months out from your event date. The remaining 25% is due 3 months out from your event date.
