The Facility Fee is a base rental fee for an event with 100 guests or less, with a rental use of 8 hours or less. For each guest over 100, add $10 to cover the cost of this additional equipment. The facility fee also covers the staffing cost to set up and clean-up of our equipment.
Included in the Facility Fee:
? Use of the Ridgewood Event Center including the Pavilion tent (up from May 1 to October 22) and surrounding grounds and choice of ceremony sites
? Seating for the ceremony and reception in comfortable wooden chairs with padded seats (log benches are provided for River Ceremony Site)
? Tables: buffet, cake, gift/greeter, DJ, banquet (5-foot rounds)
? Linens: tablecloths, skirts for banquet tables, toppers and linen napkins
? Designer quality china: dinner plates, cake plates (bowls if needed)
? Silverware: dinner, salad, cake forks, spoons and knives
? Glassware: your choice of two (water, wine, champagne)/person
? Labor to set up and clean up our equipment and furnishings at the Event Center.
? One-hour initial consultation with the Ridgewood staff upon booking the Ridgewood Event Center and an hour after booking to develop a tentative plan.
? Two-hour initial consultation to review event plan and paperwork and two-hour timeline paperwork (1 to 2 weeks prior to event)

? Reservation Deposit of $500 and a signed rental agreement are due within seven days of selecting and reserving an event date. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days after your event, less incidental charges.
? The Facility Fee is due nine months prior to the event, or on booking the Ridgewood Event Center if booked within nine months of the event. It is possible to arrange payments to fit your budget and timeline. First payment is due 9 months out.
? Cancellation Policy: If cancelled more than nine months prior: The Reservation Deposit is refundable, less a $250 cancellation fee. The Facility Fee that has been paid will be refunded in full.
If cancelled less than nine months prior: The Reservation Deposit is non-refundable. The Facility Fee less damages suffered by the Ridgewood Event Center will be refunded.
If enough notice is given and another event can be booked, there may be no damages, with little notice and no rebooking; the refundable portion of the facility fee may be around $500.
After the event is held, the Reservation Deposit ($500) will be applied to any additional charges and damages if any and the balance returned to the Renter within 10 days. If a final payment is due, the renter will be invoiced, and the final invoice will be due and payable in 10 days.
