Coordinator will meet with you 30+ days before your event to go over your details, and confirm vendors. Coordinator will create a timeline and finalize your layout into a format usable by our staff. On the Day Of, Coordinator will arrive at a predesignated time, oversee event setup and placement of Vendors; be the Point person for all vendor and staffing needs and questions. Throughout event, Coordinator will maintain the timeline, ensuring event runs on time, and handle any issues that may arise before and during event. At the conclusion of the event, Coordinator will oversee and assist with cleanup of venue and disperse gratuities if requested.
