Sylver Weddings is an Inland Empire based wedding and event planning company that strives to make every wedding and event as unique, memorable and cost effective as possible. Our wedding and event coordinators uphold all of the ethics and principles that the association stands for. We do our best to have a unique proactive customer service policy instead of a reactive policy. All of this in hopes of anticipating your every need before you know you need it. We specialize in destination weddings, Temecula Vineyard Weddings and also serve all of Riverside County, Orange County, and San Diego Counties and beyond.
Coordinator will meet with you 30+ days before your event to go over your details, and confirm vendors. Coordinator will create a timeline and finalize your layout into a format usable by our staff.
On the Day Of, Coordinator will arrive at a predesignated time, oversee event setup and placement of Vendors; be the Point person for all vendor and staffing needs and questions. Throughout event, Coordinator will maintain the timeline, ensuring event runs on time, and handle any issues that may arise before and during event.
At the conclusion of the event, Coordinator will oversee and assist with cleanup of venue and disperse gratuities if requested.
Travel Fee's may Apply ($1/mile from Hemet CA to Venue)
Package includes ONE Coordinator, additional staff available at rate of $100 per staff member (Events with over 150 people in attendance will be required to add 1 additional Staff member per 150 persons)
