We offer custom, on-site barbecue and gourmet catering for weddings, events, and parties. All of our food is prepared from scratch. We make homemade rubs to season our food to perfection and specialize in smoking meats, and barbecuing. However, we also offer a great variety as well. For example, we offer smoked salmon, pastas, tri-tip, beef burgundy, grilled margarita chicken, creamy chicken Alfredo, gourmet salads, and a heavenly selection of side dishes and desserts. We also custom tailor menus to meet our clients' needs.
