Party / Meeting Space OR get-ready space Up to 50 guests Reservation Option: Hourly Rate OR in conjunction with St. Thomas Package The room has globe strand lighting on a dimmer switch to give it an intimate feel (or use of ceiling fluorescent lighting). There is also a ivory chiffon draping backdrop with fairy lighting included in the room. When used as a meeting / party space, the School House Room includes the following: Always available in the space: 2 small bathrooms; access to a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker; 2- 8ft. farm dining tables, couch and 2 side chairs, up to 50 gold chiavari chairs (if available and not rented out – if not available 50 black banquet chairs will be supplied), 2 -4ft. tables. Upon request, up to 7- 8ft. banquet tables can be supplied. Use of the shared parking lot. When used as a Get-Ready Space, the School House Room includes the following: 2 small bathrooms; access to a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker; Vanity space with mirrors and 2 stools; 2 floor-length mirrors, dressing room, lounge area with couch, 2 side chairs, end tables and a rug; 2- 8ft. farm dining tables; gold chiavari chairs.

Great place for small gathering - An Eventective User

We had our 10-year old daughters birthday party here in the School House Room...it went so well and was such a smooth process to rent and use the facility. Jamie and her team do a wonderful job. Plenty of parking and turned out fabulous!!!

Great Place to host an Event! - An Eventective User

Jazz Afternoon with friends and family hosted by the Kidney Foundation of Central Pa and Harrisburg Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Incorporated, Sponsored by Highmark/Penn State. Rubies and Rhythm2: Jazzin It UP! featured great music with vocals by Felicia Renae, accompanied by the Stevenson Twins, and Ricky Rags. Jamie at Weir Event Rentals was accommodating, professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
