There's the wide expanse of the "Covered Courtyard" where, in days gone by, horse-carts drove in daily to pick up ale headed for delivery all around the globe. What about hosting your function, in our modern, and incredibly beautiful, copper-clad Brew House, where we still brew beer today? You could choose the cozy "Stag’s Head Inn" where Alexander Keith originally aged his beers, in casks. Or, you could use them all, for one memorable occasion - you get to choose.
