Terms and Conditions

"Fees and Cancellation. A non-refundable payment equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total fees for the Event (the “Initial Payment”) is due upon execution of this Agreement. The total fees do not include applicable taxes, gratuity, or administrative fees, all of which will be added to the final invoice as required by law. The Initial Payment is refundable only if either party provides written notice of cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours of payment. If Client cancels within this 48-hour period, Client may either receive a refund or apply the Initial Payment toward a rescheduled event occurring within six (6) months of the original Event Date, subject to availability and written confirmation from the Restaurant. After this 48-hour window, all payments, including the Initial Payment, are strictly nonrefundable under any circumstances. Final payment of the remaining balance (the other fifty percent (50%) of the total fees) is due no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the Event Date. Client is also responsible for any additional charges or fees incurred during the Event, including but not limited to overages, additional food and beverage orders, service extensions, or damages. Such charges may be billed after the Event and, unless otherwise directed by Client in writing, the Restaurant is authorized to charge these amounts to the credit card on file. Failure to make timely payment shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in cancellation of the Event Space reservation and forfeiture of any amounts already paid. Except as otherwise stated in this Section 3, all payments are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the Restaurant without cause, in which case any unused portion of the Initial Payment for unfulfilled services will be refunded within a reasonable time. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the designated Restaurant representative" "Food, Beverage and Guest Count Requirements. All menu selections must be finalized no later than thirty (30) days before the Event Date. All food and beverage items are subject to applicable state and local sales tax. Tax-exempt organizations must provide a valid certificate of exemption prior to the Event Date to avoid sales tax charges. No outside food or beverage, including alcoholic beverages, may be brought into the Restaurant or Event Space under any circumstances. Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of the Event, forfeiture of all payments made, and additional charges for liability, cleanup, or damages. Restaurant is the sole entity authorized to provide and serve alcohol at events held at the Event Space. If bar services are requested for the Event, Restaurant shall have the exclusive right to provide and operate such services. All alcohol must be purchased and served exclusively by Restaurant or its designated providers; outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Alcohol service will be conducted in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including those governing the legal drinking age. Restaurant reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or is under the legal drinking age. Client is responsible for ensuring that all guests, vendors, and service providers comply with this alcohol policy. Any violation may result in the immediate termination of alcohol service and/or removal of individuals from the Event Space without refund or liability to Restaurant. A final guest count (the “Final Guarantee Number”) must be provided no later than thirty (30) days prior to the Event Date. Any additional guests will be charged on-site at the conclusion of the Event, subject to the capacity limit set forth in Section 11. If this Agreement is executed within seven (7) days of the Event Date, the contracted guest count will serve as the Final Guarantee Number, and all applicable per-guest charges, taxes,
