Woodland is a multi use event space set on 100 acres of private forest. The main indoor space is an open, 2,000 square foot room with 27 foot ceilings with an industrial feel. Adjacent to the main indoor space is a hallway with two restrooms and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has an industrial sized refrigerator and sink. Stepping outside from the main indoor space is a 50x80 manicured main grass lawn with an auxiliary 1,000 square foot secondary lawn. The building is fenced in and gated, surrounded by tall Georgia pines and mature forest. The building is set on 100 private acres with large fields and a 12ft creek. The indoor space would function well for up to 100 guests. For outdoor events, the space would function well for up to 150 guests.
