We are based in Gretna, Louisiana, and serve New Orleans, the Westbank, Metairie, Kenner, the Northshore, River Parishes, and surrounding areas throughout Southeast Louisiana. Travel outside the Greater New Orleans area may also be available.

Yes. Setup and breakdown are included with our photo booth rentals. We arrive with enough time to prepare and test the equipment before your scheduled rental period so the booth is ready when your event begins.
Yes. Custom photo and video overlays can be designed to coordinate with your wedding colors, event theme, logo, branding, or special message. Custom backdrops and branded experiences are also available.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, holidays, Mardi Gras season, graduation season, and popular Saturday dates. Three to six months in advance is ideal, but last-minute bookings may be available depending on the date.
A signed rental agreement and non-refundable booking deposit are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event according to the terms of your agreement.
Yes, depending on the location and weather conditions. Outdoor photo booths must be placed on a dry, level surface in a fully covered or sheltered area with appropriate access to electricity. Outdoor setups may be restricted during rain, high winds, extreme heat, or other conditions that could damage the equipment or create a safety concern.
Our 360 and mirror booth packages include an operator or attendant to assist guests and keep the experience running smoothly. Attendant service for certain iPad booth packages may be optional depending on the package selected.
Booking deposits are non-refundable because your date is reserved specifically for your event. Cancellation and rescheduling requests are handled according to the terms of your rental agreement. When possible, we will work with clients to move their booking to another available date.
