Larkin’s Sawmill is a converted historic sawmill property with the original sawmill on lawn as well! Converted in 2004, this space consists of two indoor areas - the Main Room and the Patio Room - both of which can be combined for larger events. The Sawmill also boasts a large lawn area with a rustic sawdust silo and is perfect for a tented cocktail reception or wedding ceremony. Strung edison bulbs are included in both indoor spaces and there is also a fire pit outside the main venue for the perfect s'mores station! Included with all of our venue rentals are tables in a variety of sizes, chairs, lap length linens in white or black, linen napkins, white china, stainless steel flatware and glassware. The timing for each venue is a 4 hour active event with guest's in the space, 2 hours prior to guest arrival for setup and one hour after the event for breakdown for a total of 7 hours. Additional hours in the venue can be added on for $250 per hour.
