This venue is from the 1890's and still holds all of it's historic charm. It features exposed brick, vaulted ceilings with steel beams, large 10 ft windows with lots of natural light, wood floors, complimentary parking onsite and less than a minute from Main Street Greenville. This is a true gem tucked away right in the heart of downtown Greenville!
Included with this venue rental pricing is setup and breakdown fees, tables in a variety of sizes, m chiavari chairs with built in ivory cushions, lap-length linens in white or black, linen napkins, white traditional china, stainless steel flatware and glassware. The timing for each venue is a 4 hour active event with guest's present in the space, 2 hours prior to guest arrival for setup and one hour after the event for breakdown for a total of 7 hours. Additional hours in the venue can be added on for $250 per hour.
