This is a true gem tucked away right in the heart of downtown Greenville! Included with this venue rental pricing is setup and breakdown fees, tables in a variety of sizes, mahogany chiavari style chairs with built in ivory cushions, long lap-length linens in white, ivory or black, linen napkins, white traditional china, stainless steel flatware and glassware. The timing for each venue is a 4 hour active event with guest's present in the space, 2 hours prior to guest arrival for setup and one hour after the event for breakdown for a total of 7 hours. Additional hours in the venue can be added on for $250 per hour.

The "L" Room was amazing and the staff was so helpful and easy to work with. By far the easiest party I've had to coordinate. Crystal and Matt went above and beyond. We will definitly be using them again.
I live in Atlanta GA and travel extensively. When I wanted to throw my sister a 50th birthday party for about 16 people, including two small children, in Greenville where they live, I looked online (generally a crap shoot), where I found the Larkin's Catering & Events. I worked with Nicole Swinson to book the event at Larkin's on the River Courtyard, she was attentive and timely with information. We arrived early, where were assisted by several Larkin's associates. The weather was concerning but Nicole has already advised we could move inside if necessary. I was adamant unless it started pouring, I wanted to remain outside, so Lauren, the Manager for our event stayed on her phone checking Doppler and giving me updates. Blake, our bartender, was funny and attentive and mixed a mean Bay Breeze. Last but not least our server, Kobe, was wonderful; helpful, funny (fun with butter balls), genuine. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The steaks were remarkable and well prepared. Overall, I don't think we could have had a better experience. KUDOS!!
I have hosted many events business and personal, but I have to admit this was by far the greatest and easiest experience, overall! Jessica, Tessa, Monica, Thelma, and Alex made me feel as though I was royalty! Already feeling overwhelmed, because this was our mother's 70th surprise birthday party and we wanted it to be right!! ;-) They took my suggestions and thoughts and either enhanced them favorably or ran with them, never down playing them or challenging me. I cannot began to tell you the level of impressive professionalism and kindness shown to us all. They are so on their game!!! Highly recommend them for any event
