People Often Ask
The rental fee includes the use of our event space, tables, chairs, floor-length table linens, basic in-house AV, bartender fees, and vendor management. We will coordinate with your vendors the week of your event and have a dedicated staff member onsite during morning setup to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Our bar offers 16 draft lines of our own craft beer, seltzers, and cider, along with four wines on tap (two reds and two whites), sodas, craft sodas, prosecco by the bottle, non-alcoholic beer options, and gluten-free canned malternative cocktails. We are always happy to help with signature cocktails and special requests!
While we do not sell food, you are welcome to bring in food from any licensed and insured caterer or facility. For example, party trays from a licensed retail establishment are permitted, but homemade food is strictly prohibited. We will happily share our lists of catering suggestions!
We absolutely do! The Barrel Haus has a full bar with flexible menu options to help control your costs.
We offer outdoor ceremony options adjacent to the hall. Ceremony grounds can be rented for $1,250 for a ceremony only in the Badger Garden or Inside the Barrel Haus.
Rental includes the space for the entire day, white resin chairs for your guests, and the use of one of our arbors.
If there is inclement weather on the day of your event, you have until 9:00 AM that morning to decide if you would like to move the ceremony indoors. An indoor room flip incurs a day-of fee of $500.
A non-refundable rental fee is due at the time of contract signing to secure your date. For the minimum beverage spend, half is due three months prior to the event during your details meeting. We are more than happy to work out payment plans!
Yes, we provide the tables, chairs, and table linens for your event. Our team handles the complete setup and teardown of these items.
Yes, professional event bar-staffing is provided for your event, with bartender counts determined by your final guest count.
This does not include staff for food service, catering clean up, or decor set up and break down.
