I worked with Katie in sales. It was very difficult to reach Katie by phone. The day after booking my event Katie was sick & event coordinator was off. Process was not explained well & hundreds of dollars from my deposit we left unused. Communication was absolutely terrible. Our server, bartender & coordinator were wonderful. I would not recommend this venue.
