The special event spaces at Bar Louie are absolutely beautiful. Jessica was so helpful with the planning and making sure we had the appropriate amount of food ordered. Khalilah was our party host and bartender. She was so sweet and took care of everything and everyone's needs promptly, & with a smile! And, of course, the food was delicious. Our event was perfect! Thank you!

The Power of Pretty Girls Wear Pink 3rd Annual Breast Cancer Brunch — An Eventective User from Granger, IN

This is the 3rd time i have held the Brunch at this location. Jessica has been my event planner all 3 times. She is amazing so accommodating. She communicates well about your needs and wants. I'm so pleased with my experience. The event host for this year was Emily and another young lady and they were awesome. The staff are wonderful I'm so thankful for my time there for my events.

Wedding — An Eventective User from Bar louie-Granger

Jessica, Mallory and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing! From the first initial steps of planning the wedding, till the moment we were leaving the venue that night, they were absolutely fantastic. Jessica went above and beyond to meet our wants and needs; along with showing transparency and professionalism. She was always very easy to contact, and was always available to answer our questions. I’d highly recommend Bar Louie for any event, as the entire staff are just incredible people overall. Not to mention, the price was very affordable as well!

What a hidden gem! I wasn't even aware Bar Louie had an event space, but were we ever wowed! First, the space is beautiful. Second, working with Jessica made the planning so easy and helpful. Finally, the day of the party was a blast! We ate, drank, danced to the DJ, loved our bartenders Cass and Dom. Everyone had a great time. (maybe had TOO much fun) We can't wait for an excuse to book another event here. Thanks Bar Louie!

The easiest and best private event ever! Planning everything with Jessica was incredibly simple and she was in regular contact as the party approached. The numbers and items needed for the event were very clearly stated ahead of time with no surprises. The staff was flawless the evening of the event…even accommodating for one gluten intolerant person (at the last minute). The food tasted great and was continually refilled as everyone devoured it. The decor (holiday season) was absolutely beautiful and every person commented on how amazing it was. Perfect for photos! Overall, a fantastic party!

Rehearsal dinner — An Eventective User from Granger, IN

I held my son’s rehearsal dinner here with about 40 people. It was great! So accommodating with using pictures for a speech, the food was good and dealing with Jessica on setting it all up was great!!

50th Wedding Anniversary Party — An Eventective User from Bar Louie, Granger, IN

We held a 50th wedding anniversary for my parents at the end of July in the second floor event space. After two weeks, guests still comment on how much fun the party was and that is a testament to Jessica and her staff. From the very early planning stages until the party ended, every detail was handled in an organized, efficient way. The space easily accommodated our 70 +/- family and friends. There was more than enough space to move around freely, the buffet was easily accessible and the bartenders made sure no one went thirsty. The servers kept the food well stocked and it was delicious - especially the beef sliders and mac and cheese. Empty plates and glasses were picked up as soon as they hit the tables it seemed like. It was a great party at a great space. I would definitely consider booking the room again when I'm needing a well-run, fantastic event. Thank you Bar Louie!

Great place for a Christmas party! — An Eventective User from Granger, IN

We had a Christmas party for our company of 40 employees. We reserved the inside space on the 3rd floor and it was perfect! The service was spectacular and our bartender/server Brooke was really attentive to all of our needs and really helpful! The menu gave us a lot of options to choose from and we loved that we could bring a dessert in as well. The Bar Louie team made it super easy from start to finish and I'd highly recommend this space for a part.
