The room was beautiful, and the staff very accommodating. Food was served hot and according to the schedule we requested.
The AV worked as it should for background music and our slide show presentation. I would definitely book here again.

We booked the Grand River Room for a BBW event that would would host 400 people. The room was the perfect size. We had a great experience overall and Sarah, the event manager, was phenomenal during the planning stages of our event and with the coordination of attendees and food allergies. We would book again with a few minor tweaks for the perfect event!

Our event took place in the Grand River Room. It was the perfect size for a party of 26. Sarah, the event manager, was responsive in the planning stages and the staff the day of the event were attentive. They did an excellent job accommodating our food allergy needs. Sarah was easy to work with and great at communicating ahead of time. Space is beautiful, we used it for our prom with 300 people. We did struggle on the day of having a point person to communicate with and some details were missed during the event. The ladies bathroom ran out of all paper products two times during the night and each time we had to hunt someone down to refill. Also, be aware that the entrance is a shared space with the golf course restaurant and another private event room. This means there could be people coming and going from the general public or other events.

We recently had a company event here in the North Room. The staff onsite were extremely helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was terrific! We got pretty warm during the day and they quickly adjusted the temperature for us.

The North Lakeshore room is stunning to say the least. Beautiful floor length windows overlooking a golf course. Staff were attentive and professional; they set-up everything and cleaned up everything after our event so we as the guests could just relax and enjoy our event. Fun food menu as well!

This year we used the Watermark Country Club as our venue for Prom. Each year we go to a different vendor to provide variety to the students. The space is absolutely beautiful. The food was exceptional. The students loved the cheesecake bar with all the toppings. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They were diligent in making sure everything was stocked and dishes were bused throughout the night. They were a great company to work with through the whole process of planning to the actual day of the event. I would highly recommend them for any occasion.

I held a bridal shower here and the venue was wonderful to work with. The food was delicious and the kitchen was able to accommodate food allergy and children's meal requests. We held a chapter meeting for our organization at Watermark Country Club this fall. It was a great experience. We felt taken care of with the friendly, prompt, respectful customer service. The team helped us put together the best menu for the day in a cost-effective way. They were patient with our responses, yet clear with what was needed from their end. Overall great communication throughout the entire planning portion as well as the day of the event. The space was ideal for an event like this with plenty of space for moving about, quiet during presentations without distractions from other events happening, and easy parking. Would definitely recommend this place for other, similar events.

We are so happy we were able to find Watermark Country Club for our wedding venue. Sarah Burgess (Sales Manager) and Amber Atkinson (Event Manager) were so helpful and accommodating. The venue is beautiful with the golf course in the background. The weather was perfect for our wedding day. The space is flexible and can accommodate large and small parties. Plus the staff was amazing. They really try to make every request possible and we could feel the care and kindness from everyone from the wait staff to all the managers. We would definitely recommend Watermark to anyone!!

Watermark was wonderful in the way they handled our wedding reception and rehearsal dinner. I was able to customize different items to my budget, as well as bring in vendors that met my budget. I dropped off my decorations with instructions on how to set up the tables and didn't have to worry about anything the week of the wedding! Faith was amazing and helpful as we planned our big day. She really cared about us and making it the best day of our lives. We were also able to have some wedding pictures taken on their beautiful gold course! Overall, they are the best a bride could ask for!
