Based in Grand Rapids, our primary service area is West Michigan. However, we regularly travel throughout the state and regionally in the Midwest. For a select few clients, we have traveled and toured nationally.

Payment terms are determined on a case-by-case basis. We generally require a deposit on events where technicians are required on site. For general rentals, we typically require prepayment. We accept cash, credit cards, money orders, certified funds, and company checks.
While our expertise primarily lies in large-scale corporate conventions, concerts, galas, and fundraisers, we can assist with equipment rentals for weddings. However, we do not provide DJ services and generally do not provide on-site technicians for standard weddings.

Our inventory includes high-quality options like the BMD URSA Broadcast camera with Fujinon BERM lenses, complete with heavy-duty tripods and fiber CCU packages. Less expensive, non-high-definition options are also available to suit different budgets and needs.
We provide truss structures suitable for backdrops and displays, available in 1', 3', 6', and 10' lengths, all with a 12" width. These structures include heavy-duty base plates and weighted shot bags for safety. Delivery and on-site assembly are available for an additional charge.
Yes, you have the option to pick up rented equipment from our facility. Please inform us during the inquiry process if you plan to pick up the equipment.
