The Ivy Social House can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated indoor event, and up to 150 guests for a cocktail-style or indoor-outdoor flow celebration.
Our beautiful boutique venue is located in Golden, Colorado, offering a convenient location with stunning views near the Rocky Mountain foothills.
Our preferred vendor list is currently in development, so you are welcome to bring any caterer you wish. Your chosen caterer will need to provide a copy of their business license and proof of insurance.
Avant Garde Event Services handles all the alcohol service. We do not allow you to bring or serve your own alcohol.

To officially lock in your date, we require a signed rental agreement along with a reservation deposit.
