What event spaces are available and what are their capacities?

We offer versatile event spaces to suit various group sizes. The Fairway Ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests. If you wish to include a dance floor, the recommended maximum guest count for comfortable spacing is 200. For more intimate gatherings, our charming 1908 Room can host up to 60 guests.

What is the general pricing structure for events?

Event pricing includes a room fee, which varies based on the chosen space and event details. All pricing is subject to an additional 22% service charge and 6% sales tax. Detailed event packages are available for your review upon request.

Are food and beverage minimums required for events?

Yes, food and beverage minimums may be required to reserve certain spaces or for specific event types and dates. For instance, a wedding in May might require a $12,000 food and beverage minimum in peak seasons, while other events could require a $4,000 minimum during specific months. Specifics will be provided based on your event details.

Is a deposit required to secure an event booking?

Yes, to secure your event booking, a 25% deposit is required after the signed contract is returned.

Is a dance floor available, and is there an additional cost?

Yes, a dance floor can be included in your event setup. There is an additional fee for the dance floor addition, which is a $250 fee. Please note, the dance floor is available only in our Fairway Ballroom.

Outside Catering

Outside catering is permitted; however, all food must be provided by a licensed and insured caterer. Please note that all items must arrive fully prepared, as outside caterers are not permitted to cook or prepare food onsite. Kindly be advised that there is a $35 per person for outside catering during lunch and $45 per person during dinner. As a private club, we do not offer room rentals alone. This fee contributes toward fulfilling the required food and beverage minimum for your event.
