We offer versatile event spaces to suit various group sizes. The Fairway Ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests. If you wish to include a dance floor, the recommended maximum guest count for comfortable spacing is 200. For more intimate gatherings, our charming 1908 Room can host up to 60 guests.
Event pricing includes a room fee, which varies based on the chosen space and event details. All pricing is subject to an additional 22% service charge and 6% sales tax. Detailed event packages are available for your review upon request.

Room fees vary based on the chosen space, duration, and event specifics. For the Fairway Ballroom, fee of $1,250. For the more intimate 1908 Room, the room fee is $750. We will provide detailed pricing tailored to your event upon inquiry.
Outside catering is permitted; however, all food must be provided by a licensed and insured caterer. Please note that all items must arrive fully prepared, as outside caterers are not permitted to cook or prepare food onsite. Kindly be advised that there is a $35 per person for outside catering during lunch and $45 per person during dinner. As a private club, we do not offer room rentals alone. This fee contributes toward fulfilling the required food and beverage minimum for your event.
